Collaborative. Compassionate.

Registered Clinical Counselling

Feeling stressed, stuck, or experiencing mental health challenges?

Does life feel like a lot, a lot of the time? Do you often start and end your day feeling lonely, disappointed, desperate, misunderstood, overwhelmed, and frustrated? Our difficult and painful experiences and emotions, whether as an unexpected crisis or built up over time, can leave us with less energy and less enjoyment in the present moment or more anxiety and worries about the future. We can find ourselves reacting in ways we wouldn’t normally or having perpetual frustration and disconnection with ourselves, others, and the world.

You want, or dare we say, NEED, for things to get better.

And although you may not feel like it right now, I believe you have within you the courage and capability of healing, growth, and being the person you know you can be within a life you enjoy. Together, in a non-judgmental and compassionate space, we will explore the difficult experiences that influence our emotions, thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours. By increasing your insight, rediscovering your values, and incorporating new skills, your relationships, responsibilities, hobbies, and personal self will feel more manageable and fulfilling.

Trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, confidential support.
