Child Counselling

I’m Alison, a Registered Clinical Counsellor in Chilliwack, BC, offering mental health support for those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief & loss, stress, and life transitions. As each person and situation is unique, I incorporate a variety of evidenced based approaches and skills using EMDR, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. For children and youth, I incorporate non-directive therapeutic play, filial therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.

I offer each client empathy and hope as they navigate through difficult experiences and painful emotions to reach their goals of a more manageable, full-filling, and meaningful life.
