Mental Health Books/Audiobooks

Most of these books are available for purchase on Amazon, Indigo and Audible. Some of these titles may also be available to borrow for free through your public library and the Libby app for audiobooks. These are just a few of some of my favourite books to increase insight and skills into ourselves and/or our kids.

Child and Youth Mental Health: For ages 0-19 experiencing a moderate to severe mental health disorder. CYMH is a provincial government program providing support for children, youth and families through groups and individual clinical counselling. Family Smart BC FamilySmart supports parents and caregivers
